If you dont like menu choices they can specialize your order. They do cash business so make sure you have it. The food is very good here and so is the service. No MSG.

Very good food for a small town. Been going there since they opened several years back, and watched there kids grow up. There food just gets better and better.

The food here is excellent. Chicken & mixed vegetables are out of this world.

I’ve been going to Vianna Yang’s since it opened in the late 90’s. It’s the only Chinese restaurant in town,(or Asian restaurant, for that matter.) I have to agree with the other reviewers that it is «typical.» It seems all Chinese restaurants, except for the really high-end, creative ones, have almost identical menus. There are some real standouts on Vianna’s menu, though. I have always been very partial to their mei fun, which the owner told me is one of the few things on the menu that Chinese people actually eat. They use good, fresh produce in their dishes, and the service is extremely fast and friendly. The restaurant is very clean and pleasant, too. The owners are there almost 12 hours a day working to make it a great place to eat. One caveat: do not order the chow mein. It’s the worst thing on the menu. I realize that chow mein is an American dish and that Chinese people don’t eat it, but Vianna’s seems to have no idea what it even is. Whatever they are selling as chow mein bears no resemblence to any chow mein I’ve ever had. Their lunch buffet is really good and a good value too.

Typical Chinese cuisine. They do have a lunch buffet which is great since there are not a lot of places to have lunch in this town. Only negative for me is they do not take credit cards.
