Steam Right Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners

I called the service and told them that we wanted an specific sized area rug cleaned and that it was made of wool. The woman on the phone gave me a price. Two guys came the next day. It had been raining for days and I didn’t want them to track into the house so I handed them the rug all rolled up through the door. The guy I gave it to proceeded to sit it down on the wet pavement. One was holding a clipboard and pen and said it’ll cost more because its wool. I told them that I told the lady it was wool and that’s the price she gave me. He said she didn’t hear me when I told her that. Then he said that it will cost more because we have pets. I told him that we didn’t have pets and he told me that we did. I’m pretty sure that we don’t. In fact I’m absolutely positive. Long story short, I told them to give me back the rug and that they were about to leave. They left without the rug and didn’t get the business. My advice: avoid these amateur bamboozlers at any cost. I wouldn’t trust them to take a rug with them for cleaning.

I highly recommend this service. I have been in the multi-​housing industry for many years. I have worked with many carpet cleaning companies. I was very impressed with the team GARY AND MIKE. They were very professional, respectful of the home and it’s appointed furnishings. While working they explained the process of cleaning as well as the after care of the carpet and sofas. They seemed to work with pride and diligence. The results were fabulous.
I chose this company blindly from the local area as I live in Oakland county. The service was completed at my parents home in Trenton. I will spread the word!
