Target Property Inspection

I needed a home inspection company registered in PA, and a lot of the places I called only did NJ. Finally, my aunt referred me to Target and I was really glad I called them. It was very easy to schedule my appointment with Tim, and he is registered in NJ and PA. I paid by check, and the price I paid was lower than a lot of the other quotes I got ($ 375 for a 3-​bedroom rowhome).
The inspection was very thorough (although he had to come back for the roof – the horrors of buying a house in the winter) and he found a ton of things that would have screwed me over later. There was a small plumbing disaster that we caught before I bought the house and he also pointed out a lot of things that will need attention in a few years.
You should use these guys if you’re buying a house in NJ. Homebuyers in PA beware – not all of their services are included in PA (ie, radon and termites). Still a great inspection for either state, though – I am very happy with Tim’s work!
