Ya, not so good. The young employees there (kids/relatives of the owner I think) are not responsible at all and they have told me «no packages arrived» for me when there are some and they also do not come into work whenever they feel like it so a few times when they were supposed to be open on Saturday they weren’t! According to one of the ladies the kid just decided «not to show up» that day. Very unreliable location. Lost their UPS franchise too (They are a FedEx store now). Their phone is ALWAYS busy and I never can get through!

Ugg. What am I doing writing about a UPS store on Unilocal?Man, I have to tell you I really only like writing about places I enjoy but I thought I would share some information about this place.
This place has some young staffers who seem genuinely interested in helping people out but the older ladies who work here always seemed put out by any request of any kind.
The one thing that is the most curious is that they charge a fee for any package dropped off there. So, if you pay and print at
and drop off at this location they will charge you an additional fee.
there is s a UPS store in Menomonee Falls that does not charge a drop off fee. Worth the drive.
