Good haircut, but I felt a bit uncomfortable as the three barbers who were there were all engaged in a passionate discussion in a language I don’t speak. The haircut was fine; they charged $ 17 for a high-​and-​tight. They do use razors here, which may get me to come back. They also do a nice neck rub, which is very relaxing and pleasant.
The shopping center in which they’re located has a bit of a cramped parking lot, but I’ve never had trouble finding a parking place.

Visiting from California and decided to check the place out because of all these wonderful Unilocal reviews. Unilocal did not let me down, this place is amazing! Has a very friendly and skilled staff. I fell in love with this place. I wish I had a place like this to go to in California. The staff is very nice and considerate and pay attention to detail. If you’re in the area or even a local, check this place out. I guarantee you will not regret it

Bao just cut my brothers hair and it looks great! We got here right before the doors opened and the people are nice and friendly with awesome customers service… definitely a place to keep in mind whenever a cut is needed and right around the corner from where we live. Good pricing too

Very affordable with reliable and friendly staff. Cash only. The store is clean and well maintained. I prefer to have Bao cut my hair but the others are very capable. This is a Barber Shop, not a salon.

The folks here are professionally trained barbers. You are sure to get a precision haircut. I’ve been going here for 15 years. Once in a while I try something else, like Hair Cuttery or Sport Clips, but I always wind up coming back.

I have been going here for 22 years, ever since Germantown was a very small city. They do a great job and are very inexpensive. Everyone has their preferred barber. Some people come in only wanting either Bao or Van, some others just Mai. They are the top three and are great at fading-​up a head of hair. The other three are good, too. I will allow anyone of them to cut my hair.
Disclaimer: I only get a fade/​low taper haircut so I cannot comment on anything else.

Got a harcut at Sugarloaf today. The vietnamese seem to know about their cosmetology. The guy with the crew cut was a pretty good traditional barber. Much better than The Hair Cuttery.

I’ve been a regular customer of Sugarloaf Barbers for a good fifteen years — in fact, it’s the only place I go for a haircut in Germantown. They offer haircuts for fifteen dollars (anything else like a shave is extra). The several licensed barbers there each specialize in a different kind of haircut.
I recommend Sugarloaf Barbers based on price and quality.
