Starbucks

Love this place. Worth checking out if you’re in the area. The service is superb and the baristas are friendly.

Been here about 20 times. Have ordered several different kinds of drinks. They have only messed up my order twice. I think that is pretty good for Starbucks.

Staff is very friendly. However often times they’re too quick to say anything else I can’t order everything and usually land up taking it wrong. Also something seems off when it comes to the efficiency of the drive thru. Also ordered a green tea latte drink blended because they use a powder form. They didn’t blend it and it was sitting all on top of the drink. They seemed a bit annoyed when I asked them to re-​blend it.

Ever since Starbucks became so popular I have always drove by to this place because of their comfortable seats and friendly staff, as well as their wide menu selection from drinks and food. I especially enjoyed their cookie straws bit the down side is that goes well with a frappé. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who loves to a quick bite and a morning coffee at a convenient price.

I like this location. I don’t use the drive through. They’ve never made a coffee poorly or done a bad job.

Slow drive-​thru, vehicles often leave when line gets too long and don’t try to go inside thinking it is any faster. Staff would rather stock napkins then fill drink orders. Often drink orders get so backed up, waiting 5 minutes for your hot beverage is NOT uncommon. I think it would be faster to brew and make the drinks at home. Finally, there is a major fly problem inside and where are the outside garbage cans?

Great location. Convenient drive through and numbers of employees. Customer service is getting better than when they opened. I wish there are more parking spots available though. Overall, it’s a great star bucks location and I’ve been customer of this location more than 7 years.

I’ve been coming to this starbucks since I was a freshman, and one thing I really like about it is the consistancy of great service, and the amazing tastes and varieties of all the different coffee’s available! All ariund 5 star experience for me

3.5 stars for Starbucks.
This Starbucks is kind of like watching Bait Car. A guilty pleasure, but sometimes you don’t want to deal with the other options available. I often stop here on my lunch break at work, if I’m in a hurry and need a quick bite. This particular location has a drive-​thru, which makes it totally convenient.
(Side note: I have to say, the Roasted Tomato & Mozzarella Panini is fast becoming a comfort food go-​to for me. It does pretty well in a pinch.)
I’m giving this location 3.5 stars because service is often hit-​or-​miss. They are always pleasant to deal with, but about every 7^th time, I’ll get the wrong sized coffee. Not a huge deal at McDonalds, but if I’m paying that much for a coffee, I’d like it to be the size I ordered.

This Starbucks has the friendliest barristas! I’ve been here several times, both inside & using the drive-​thru, and I have consistently had excellent service w/​a smile. I’m docking 1 star only because they were out of the salt for the über-​delicious salted-​caramel hot chocolate one night and that made me a teeny bit sad. If you want Starbucks, you can’t go wrong w/​this Germantown Starbucks… you’ll get the drink you expect w/​very pleasant service.
