McLean, VA
RGH installed a sunroom in my unit Oct. 2011, but it has leaked during large thunderstorms and rain. They have come back numerous times since then in an attempt to fix the problem, but is has always leaked during heavy rain. As of Feb. 2013, they stopped returning my messages.
