Possibly the WORST Pizza Hut on the planet!
Pizza Hut Corporate: This is a direct reflection on you and the management– staff that you hire. If you don’t know, this location is in one of the larger suburbs in Shelby County. It is located in a very nice area, Germantown, TN, which is also considered a very big «family» area. That being said, this could probably be your best store with deliveries and it is awful! If I were you, first thing I would do is fire all managers and start over with a full training run.
I was working late and ordered two personal pan pizzas at 7:34 pm. My office is almost two miles from the delivery location where the pizza was being prepared. At 8:15 pm, I glanced at the clock and wondered why I had not received two small personal pan pizzas from a location not even 2 miles from my office. I called and spoke to a manager on the phone to inquire of my order. She, in a very smart ass tone, told me their policy is up to 60 minutes. I said, ok… so where is my pizza? She didn’t say a word and put me on hold. When she returned to the call she told me that the driver was on his way. Another 40 minutes went by and the driver pulled up to my neighbors building and started beating on the front door at 8:55 pm… The pizza, two personal pans, were finally delivered, less than two miles at 8:55 pm, after waiting almost 1 hour and 30 minutes!
Once receiving the delivery, I opened the box and, «surprise surprise», the pizza was cold and ingredients wrong!!! I immediately called back to the delivery location, asking to speak to a manager. At this point, I was handed off to a young girl that I could barely even understand on the phone. I told her of all that had happened and asked for a refund. She said no refund but they would give a $ 5 credit! Ha Ha … $ 5 credit on an $ 18 screwed up order! Anyway, to cut through all the BS, I ended up getting a $ 12 credit and threw the pizzas in the garbage. Oh yeah, the delivery guy smelled like a combination of baby shit and cigarettes when he walked in my office and only complained of how cold it was outside.
I will be calling Pizza Hut Corporate on this; location and management. Hopefully they have enough sense to fix, what could be, a very good shop. I will also never order from them again.

Horrible! Pizza got «rerouted» to another location then back to this one. Took over an hour to be delivered. Complained and they would only give $ 4 off. Waited another ten minutes then called to cancel order. They didn’t call the driver so he rang the doorbell at 11:30. Said we’d tip the driver of they didn’t charge us so he said he’d call his supervisor. He went to his car and called but then just left without telling us anything. We will never use Pizza Hut again
