Good meat, but I will not be going to this location anymore. More than once the personnel has not correctly filled the order. Now I’m up at 3am with indigestion. My husband knows I can’t eat onions and peppers, but that’s what was in my order. Apparently last night they were busy correcting orders.

I’m from South Jersey and I know a gooooddd hoagie! This spot is definitely a good find. My husband usually gets some like a ham and cheese Mike’s Way and I, like, to switch it up… the only downside is that the bacon isn’t really thick and they don’t keep it warm. Other than that, whatever you decide GETITMIKE’S WAY! The blended oil concoction is BOMB! I want a hoagie just thinking about it.. bett we than WaWa.

Without a doubt, the BEST(rare) roast beef on the planet– cooked in house, sliced to order, generous portion on #6 — it’s all I ever get. Great subs(and I’m from Long Island), my only criticism is I do think they overdo the ‘Mike’s Way’ oil and vinegar and seasonings scene, way too messy, I usually get mayo(have to ask for it) and just a few shakes of vinegar.(And if they had salads like cole slaw and potato, I’d be in heaven!) I used to come here all the time but got out of the habit for a couple years — nothing wrong, just because habits change. The only things I noticed different are 1– the sub roll(and please don’t call them hoagies, I never heard that word until I moved out of NY tri-state area — our local term was ‘hero’ sandwich, or submarine) tastes just a little less awesome than before– it used to be so fresh you could smell them baking and occasionally got one still warm from the oven, but still, no other chain’s rolls can compete(quiznos used to years ago, but changed their recipe.) And 2– the tomatoes didn’t look as red and ripe as they should, these were orange hothouse types with the yellow core, totally uncalled for in the middle of summer! The staff is a bunch of high school and college kids; as such, they move so fast they do not listen and let you finish your order before they start making it(I like Swiss instead of provolone), and probably don’t go around and clean tables too often, although generally they are well-trained, very pleasant, and seem to take pride in their work.

Trey at the Germantown Milestone location is the Asst. Manager. I had picked up some subs one afternoon to take back to the office and they were made incorrectly. However, upon calling Trey he couldn’t have been more helpful in taking care of the problem. He made new subs for pick up the next day and comped everything. Mistakes happen, but it’s how businesses handle them that is key, and Trey was top notch. Good job guys! …Oh, and the subs are fantastic.

Not a favorite place for me. People rave over this place. It’s okay. They kinda throw the sandwiches together. I do not like a messy sub. They make them messy. IJS

Best hoagies around. Rivals the old Ollie’s in Twinbrook, and that is saying something.

Given that I grew up in Philly, I appreciate this place sooooooo much — this is the only place I could go to locally for a decent hoagie. Friendly happy staff :) Thanks for the oh so scrumptious hoagies while I cried over my Eagles. /heart

This store has great customer service. They had this dude cleaning the dining room and he was super friendly and polite and even took my trash away from my table when he saw I was done. The subs are great as well.

What can I say– this subs here are amazing. I used to be a fan of Subway, after trying them several times, I shall never return there again.

This place usually gets really crowded during lunch time, and when I come I am usually order for about 3 – 4 people. But the staff their are really nice, and very young actually. All the times I have been there they usually have a friend visiting and chatting, which I don’t mind. I love getting #5 I think, of the cold cuts, and a steak and cheese for the hot. I have had the Italian sub which was amazing. Always opt for mike’s way, it is fabulous. It isn’t just the oil, vinegar and seasoning, it is with mayo and lettuce too I believe. But you can ask them for a little oil and vinegar if it is too much for you.

I know we have Jersey Mike’s in suburban Indy but I had never been. I ordered a cold sub while my husband got a hot one. Both were tasty. I am probably too used to Midwestern prices but $ 25+ for 1 regular and 1 giant sandwich and 2 drinks seems a bit much! It will be interesting to see how much the same meal will cost at home. That being said, it was a good ‘wich … although they were heavy handed with the oil/red wine vinegar. The splashes made my leftovers somewhat soggy that same afternoon.

We come here about every other month for lunch. The staff are always friendly and funny – always a good experience at this location. I’ve never gotten anything besides the chicken cheese steak because it is so darn good. Without doubt, the best chicken cheese steaks you can get south of Philly.

I only get the cheesesteak and it is great. My gripe is with the store cleanliness. The tables are all dirty and the seats also. Wipe them down! The counter near the register and around the soda machine is also dirty. Five people are working there right now, only two customers in the place and no one cleans! If you are going to sell and serve food make sure your establishment is CLEAN!

This was my first time at a Jersey Mike’s and I was extremely impressed and not just because I’m originally from Jersey. They had good looking italian cold cuts and the meat was sliced fresh to order. The people working there were friendly, all spoke english and really took their time making sure that the sandwich was prettily and properly made with tons of toppings. Buh bye Subway, I’ve found a new sub spot.

It’s OK. I agree with someone earlier by saying the quality of their meat isnt as good as Boar’s Head from Giant. Now, if they want to be a true«Jersey style» they need to drop the word sub from their name. A sub is never found in Jersey. Its called a hoagie and yes there is a difference. Also, for the love of everything holy, use Dietz & Watson deli meat and Amoroso bread. Its a nice substitute for a real Jersey or Philly hoagie, but its not the same. Friendly staff, mostly high schoolers, so you never see the same face twice. Major fail for not having Coke products. I actually skip coming here once in a while because they dont have Coke only Crapsi… sorry, Pepsi ;)
