I needed a new watch and a bachelor’s ring. Vickie is second generation jeweler, as her father was the late great James Middleton. She is super knowledgeable and price conscious for her customers. I told her my price point, and she stuck to it. I bought an amazing Seiko watch. She told me for the money, Seiko is the best watch on the market. She also helped me buy a nice Pandora man’s ring. I have been going into this store for several years now for Pandora purchases. The staff is always so pleasant and willing to help! My engagement ring was recently purchased from here too. Danelle did an amazing job with helping to create the perfect ring for me. With today’s technology it is possible to have a custom ring created from just your own vision in a matter of weeks.

Growing up in East Memphis, our family always used Garibaldi jewelers, and when the store was purchased by James Middleton, the service remained top-​notch, so we still use this store for many purchases, cleanings, and repairs. Nine years ago we purchased my wedding band set here, and they do free yearly cleanings for wedding bands/​engagement rings purchased here. A professional polish is $ 25.00, and worth every penny– my rings look like new!
My watch battery was also $ 25.00 and took one day. I had links removed from a different watch for the same price.
For Mother’s Day and other gifting holidays, James Middleton has a nice selection of quality jewelry, including affordable price point items such as Pandora and Gates of Charleston (famous for their Tree of Life pattern).
Service here is polite, and if you come in two or three times a year, they will remember you! Located near the Kroger on Poplar @ Kirby.

I have purchased many pieces of jewelry from James Middleton. Danell (pronounced «Duh-​nell») is my go-​to jeweler up there. Most recently, I purchased my wife’s engagement ring and wedding ring there. They’ll design custom pieces and offer a great selection. They’re very reasonable as far as jewelers go and they’re LOCAL! You can’t go wrong and I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

My parents sent me a Pandora bracelet for my birthday. It’s a nice silver bracelet that you can buy accompanying silver and gold charms for for anywhere from $ 25-​$ 100ish dollars a piece. I couldn’t find a Pandora distributor until I came across this jewelry store. Thankfully they’re a certified distributor of Pandora jewelry, and I am able to purchase a wide selection of charms to fill the bracelet. They also carry a nice selection of Seiko watches.
