I ordered flowers from Gene’s specifically because they were close to the delivery address and I wanted same day delivery for a birthdays. I received a call that they had the wrong address. I confirmed the address — the original one was correct and called them back. They said sometimes new developments(this has been around for at least 3 years) do not show up on navigation??? I re-iterated the need for same day delivery. They delivered a day late with no prior notification. I asked them to contact me regarding this and they did not.

I had the absolute worst customer service from this rinky dink place. I ordered flowers which I never got at the location they told me to, but then they told me to go to another location hours later. I asked for a refund and the owner got an attitude. I waited over a week for the refund and I called multiple times, no response! Finally had to go to my bank and get a new card since I had to chargeback on my card. Don’t use them, they are horrible !

I was first introduced to Gene’s Florist when my husband sent me flowers for our anniversary. The arrangement was so beautiful I decided to use them myself. Gene’s florist did not disappoint — the arrangements I ordered were beautiful. I am now writing a review because I ordered a holiday arrangement on Friday to be delivered today. I paid about $ 80 for the arrangement because it was a going away gift for my boss. When the arrangement did not arrive by 5:00 I called the owner and asked for the holiday arrangement to be delivered. Although it seemed they were not going to make it, they did and the arrangement was wonderful. I am extremely happy with Gene’s Florist and although they’re slightly pricey, their arrangements and customer service are worth every penny.
