I got the idea to surprise my son for his 17th (AND GOLDEN) bday with pizzas at school. UNFORTUNATELY he has a ridiculous lunch hour – starting at 1009AM! Well, I called Dominos the day before and they did not hesitate to accomodate me. They took my order and had 4 pizzas ready for me by 10am – their normal business hours start at 1030am! So he not only opened early, but was in even earlier to make and bake my pizzas. The customer service was outstanding. I’ve never had a bad experience with Dominos-​and this one was outstanding and definitely worth recognizing them for!

I ordered some pizza from Domino’s in which I had stopped for a few months because of these exact reasons. First I went online and placed my order and it gave me a 20 – 30 min time frame. Currently while writing this review i have not yet gotten my pizza and it has been 1hr and 30 mins. For people who use the online ordering you understand that it shows how the process is coming along it claims my order has been delivered which it has not been yet. I personally like Domino’s pizzas But this is the 4th time the service has sucked like this. I would NEVER recommend anyone to order from this store. It seems to be a reoccurring situation that they take 3 times as long to get you an order. My office is less then A mile from this location.

Alright, it’s Domino’s Pizza, but before you turn up your nose, remember that pizza is like sex, even when it’s bad, it’s still pretty good. Domino’s isn’t bad pizza, it isn’t great pizza, it’s pizza, it’s fast, it’s economical and it’s fine. Domino’s is the George Webb of pizza, quick, priced right, and consistent. You know what you’re going to get.
Actually, I travel a great deal and I use the Domino’s App on my iPhone to order my favorite, Pasta Primevara. and have it delivered to my hotel room. I also use it to have the same thing delivered to my home from this store.
The store in Germantown is clean, brightly lit, the staff is friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to be helpful. Pick up or delivery, it’s hard to go wrong here.
If you’re looking for ambiance and a dining room, you’re in the wrong place. This is carryout and delivery only.
