Bath & Body Works

Definitely did not plan to find a Bath and Body Works in this shopping center, but what a relief that I am no longer obligated to navigate a crowded mall to get my scent fix.
The store is always bright and neat and organized. The staff is pleasant and helpful without being pushy and I can usually find what I need here. The selection is a bit limited though… during my last visit, I came in looking for the nourishing hand cream. While some stores carry as many as 15+ different varieties, they had only five. Every time I visit, it seems like they are always debuting new scents. Their displays change often, so I’m always finding something new there.

sometimes I strike out in service, because this place doesn’t deserve more than w stars. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon, the redskins were losing, the weather sucked, so shopping should not be a hassle right? Someone must have ransacked the store because everything was bare bones, I was expecting grocery stores to be this bare but bot bbw, (not the wing place) everything was empty! Including the cheap hand sanitizers, I couldn’t. Find anything, severely understaffed, yet one soul running the long register line, while tweedle dee and tweedle dum are stocking stinky lotions that no one wants to buy, after my few hisses and the ladies behind me were hissing like a couple, of mad cobras. Tweedle dee decides to open a register!!, a light bulb must have just went off. This location can have an off days and this was one of them, when it’s busy it’s best to have 2 registers open, IMO, or two people, actually manning the floor, reach out to customers, we don’t bite! I usually get better service at the mall or at RIO.

This was by far one of the best staffed one I have been in. I was greeted immediately at the door by an salesperson and they were able to answer my question quickly and get me what I needed. I like that she suggested new stuff but didn’t force a sale !

Liz was extremely helpful with suggestions. I am «blessed» with extremely sensitive skin. She took me over to areas where they had products with subtle scents and no scents. Bigot the smallest size of 2 items. We also talked for a while afterwards. She is a terrific person!
The store is a bit high for what I purchased, so I gave it 4 out of 5.

As soon as I walk in I was greeted by an associate asking me how I was doing and was i looking for anything in particular. When I needed help finding a certain product the sale associate made it easy for me and also at check out she asked if I had any coupons and also advised me that I’m able to use the coupons I receive by email in the store.
