Bright facility! You certainly don’t need to worry about funky smells in this joint! The staff was very polite and they greeted everyone as they came through the door. I was pleased to see that one of the staffers was able to give me her thoughts on specific scents when I asked for her opinion.
Overall, it’s nice to have a large Yankee Candle store in this area!

Rude, Rude, Rude. Michelle is unbelievably RUDE. I will never go in there again or recommend the place to anyone. Horrible service and it’s a shame people like that are in customer service jobs. MIchelle you should be fired!!!

The store is bright and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. Even the customers at the store are nice. One of them shared a coupon with me as she was leaving. There is a huge selection of scents. This can be both overwhelming and convenient. If you want a particular scent, chances are you can find it here. The downside is the overpowering smell of the store. I would like to have seen more coffee bean sniffers around the store.
While there are some nice decorative items to go with the candles in here, they don’t take over. It is still obvious what the focus of the store is meant to be.
