How can a hamburger made fresh on the grill, and put immediately on your tray can be cold?

Worst. Nothing was fresh. Over salted. Didn’t include an item I had paid for. This site is bad.

I would not normally review a fast food restaurant, but I love Wendy’s and it is one of the few fast food restaurants that I eat at. Today I tried the Strawberry Fields Chicken Salad. It is so good, and it is fast food. It has fresh strawberries, yummy bacon, onion, blue cheese — Yum! Their chicken sandwiches and chili are really good. They also have one of the best deals on chicken nuggets. I would have given 5 stars but they discontinued my favorite taco salad. Please, please, please bring it back!

I was shown such kindness by the employees of this Wendy’s, I can say enough good things about them. Today I went here at around 11am and went through the drive thru. When I reached the window I gave them my card and they were gone for a few minutes. The manager came to the window and let me know that the credit card machine wasn’t working and he was trying to fix it. A few more minutes went by and another employee came to the window and handed me my card and said that it was going to be a while and asked if I had cash. I said no but there was a bank just down the street so I could get some. I went quick and came back and the line for the drive thru was really long so I went inside. The manager recognized me right away and went I went to hand him the cash he said«no, please, it’s on us.» I was shocked, I insisted on paying and he said that he felt really bad that I had to go get cash and come back. The food was excellent too. My salad was freshly made and the baked potato was hot and perfect. I never expected to get it on the house, most other fast food places just say sorry and turn you away. Seeing as how this place really cares about their customers satisfaction I will go back for sure.

Horrible apathetic service. Waited forever for our food after being«greeted,» if you can call it that, by who I believe was a manager, and then when we finally got our food it was screwed up. Was not even busy. Would not recommend this place. Bad even for a fast food restaurant. Sad.

We stop thru here frequently. It’s been clean when we have gone inside. Usually we use the drive thru. They have never messed up an order. Food has always been great! Typical Wendy’s. I love their home style chicken sandwich. Kids always like their meals.

I am surprised to see the low reviews, as this is my favorite Wendy’s! Every time I have been there for lunch the burger looks like the pictures and the fries are hot and crispy! I’ve only done lunchtime so can’t attest for the dinner staff.

Garbage Wendys here on rivery. Maria the manager blamed maria the employee for no ketchup or salt or bbq sauce in the bag. Even though I requested these extra items at the window. She didn’t seem to care about the customers experience or order being correct. She pawned it off on the employees like it isnt her shift, even though she is the manager on duty. Horrible service, but if the manager doesn’t care why should her employees. LEADBYEXAMPLEMARIA!

Wendy’s isn’t something I eat often. I admit becoming a Whataburger fan slowly the longer I’ve lived in TX. I found my double cheeseburger to be small, meh and overall I dislike ketchup on my burger. I don’t think to ask what’s on it cause well I just don’t eat That much fast food. The fries were good and to my surprise the carton says they use sea salt, nice. Soda was your average high fructose concoction and honestly I’d pay extra to have Mexican coke. One can dream. In the meantime when I want cheap Tx fast food that’s crappy, I’m sticking to Whataburger.

It’s as good as a Wendy’s can be… I have not had any issues here and also there is nothing at the time that stands out. I have visited this location more than 5 times. The staff is always greeting you with a smile and my orders have always been correct. The place is always clean and I have seen them handle sudden large groups with ease(i.e. a big van pulls up and lets a baseball team out). Overall, its a Wendy’s and the food is as good as you expect it to be.

Stopped in here for a quick lunch with the family while running to the big orange hardware/lumber store. My son’s hamburger was only half-cooked – ack! Totally unacceptable. Manager didn’t say a word, just avoided eye contact and handed us the dollar and change refund for the burger. No overtures or apologies, just here’s the cash, go away. Sometimes with kids it is easy to hit a fast food chain just to keep things quick and painless, but this particular Wendy’s is now on the«never again, and tell everyone I know the bad story» list. Almost forgot to mention – my wife was initially happy to see that they had baked sweet potatoes on the menu. She ordered one, but when the food was ready they said they were out of the cinnamon butter. The person who took our order said no problem, they would make up some more and bring it out. Waited. Waited. Waited. Went up and asked, she ignored us so I flagged another person. They looked, said they were out, would we like regular butter. No, we wouldn’t. I said we’d originally been told it was no problem to mix up some more. Waited a few more minutes at the counter looking surly until they«found some».

Fast, friendly service, but I received a bacon cheeseburger with only ketchup & mayonnaise(uh, and bacon, cheese, and a patty, of course). It was fresh & hot, but had no lettuce, onion, pickle, etc. So, be warned: they don’t dress your burger & they don’t warn you or ask how you want it dressed. You’re on your own — be bold & assertive, let them know how you want it! Reminds me of one of the other national chain fast food burger places, but at least the quality is better here. There seems to be a movement afoot to serve reconstituted iced tea concentrate instead of a natural infusion of tea leaves in water, and Wendy’s is apparently in on the action. If you want real, fresh iced tea, you’ll have to get it elsewhere. Too bad — fresh-brewed iced tea tends to be very inexpensive to make. I don’t understand why modern restaurants use the concentrate — unless it has to do with the labor & equipment involved or perhaps tight, efficient control of supplies. Whatever the reason, it doesn’t taste like real tea!
