Jack Ward responded quickly to my call, examined my problematic septic situation, and determined the problem was limited to the feeder line to the drain field. He and his team replaced the feeder line, made repairs to the tank, and left the site clean. The work was completed quickly and the cost was more than fair. I am extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend him to anyone needing repair of their septic system.

We bought an older house about 1 ½ years ago and had Ward come out and do major repairs on our septic system. They were fast, professional and did a great job at a fair price.
Recently, we called and asked them to come out and locate our leech field so that we can have a swimming pool installed. I expected to pay for this service and called today to ask where my bill was and was told I wasn’t going to be charged because it wasn’t that much trouble since he was already in the area.

Can’t sing high enough praises about the service we received from Jack and Jessica and their crew. Awesome service, sense of urgency, and very friendly and patient with us. Just good, honest, hardworking folks. We feel so blessed to have found them when we did.
We had a total blockage in our RV black tank and called them around 5:00 p.m. on Monday evening. They showed up earlier than expected the next morning around 11:30. We understood they had a busy schedule that day and thought it might even be early evening before they could work us in, so we were very pleasantly surprised.
THEN they came back the next day (again, another busy day for these guys) to help us clear a clog in our RV shower drain.
HIGHLY recommend… great for RVers who need quick, reasonably priced service. Because let’s face it, every day with a toilet that won’t work is a crappy day.:

Ward Septic Service was very responsive to our situation where the system started backing up in the home due to pump failure and some half-​assed work done by the initial installer. Between the pump failure and a cracked lid, allowing surface water to flow into the tanks, he had some work to do. What impressed me the most is that he wanted to «do it right» and stuck to his original quote even though several issues came up as we discovered how many corners were cut during initial installation. He didn’t jack up the price as many others are known to do.
Very professional family business and all members of his team were friendy and willing to explain any changes that we required. Ward’s has all the equiptment necessary to handle the major failures. I’m sure he’s very capable of service or maintenance on any type septic system. Great customer skills and always available to keep the system running during repairs.

On short notice with an already full schedule, Mr. Ward and his crew came to my house and fixed all of my problems. I’d had a septic pump go out and had a smelly puddle in my back yard. He replaced the pump and fixed my drain field. I’d bought this house used and called Mr Ward on a friend’s recommendation. By coincidence Mr. Ward happened to be the installer for my system 17 yrs ago. The system had been worked on in the interim by someone other than Mr. Ward, and he was able to get it all in working order quickly, courteously, and professionally at a more than fair price. I’m an extremely satisfied customer and would recommend them to anybody and everybody.

Be cautious when dealing with this guy. Always get estimates from other companies.

We don’t have anyone to compare this company to, but as far as their customer service skills they’re great! Mr. Ward and his team are professional, courteous and hard working. They’re prices were reasonable and they were very responsive.

Jack Ward and his staff did a fine job repairing our septic tank after we were told it could not be repaired. He lost the sale of a new septic tank by repairing the one we have. We had talked to several plumbers and people who repair septic tanks and waited weeks. Mr. Ward and his staff were courtieous and worked quickly and diigently to get the system repaired. And the cost was reasonable. He went over and beyond to accomodate us. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I just wish I had found him about 3 months sooner.
