Sorry I must disagree with the other review. The owner of the company serviced my home. I have an extensive background in aviation, safety, and risk mitigation and have had my chimney swept a number of times by professionals. I do not believe the service I had performed was thorough or a reasonable value ($ 129.90). He did not go on the roof and inspect the chimney above the roof or the spark arrester for condition. He did look up the chimney with a flashlight from the bottom, however the chimney has two bends prior to exiting the roof so he did not see /​inspect the upper section (at least half of the chimney) because you have to get on the roof to do that. There is roughly 15 feet of exposed flu/​chimney in the attic and he did not bother to inspect or ask if he could. He made no mention of the firebrick that lines the firebox itself even though it clearly has a vertical crack that that runs top to bottom. He did use an electric drill and a flex rotary brush to sweep the flu from the bottom up. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and gladly accepted my money for the20 minute job.

Gerald KNOWS his stuff!!! Super nice guy at VERY reasonable rates… Most important— HE IS HONEST! I had no idea my chimney needed cleaning every 2 years… No wonder my house smelled like smoke! Thank you Gerald! Thanks for saving my family from all the smoke!
