I will give them zero stars if I can, they ripped me off and charged me $ 15 to switch my Sim card from one phone to another, anyway I cancelled the service and went with someone else. I wish I had read the reviews before I made this mistake, I would have never gone to T-​Mobile, especially the one in Georgetown.

STAY AWAY! I would give them 0 stars if I could. The salesman that the manager handed me off to tried to trick me into buying accessories I neither needed nor wanted. He made it seem as though the accessories were some kind of free bonus for buying a new phone. When I tried to question him on it, I couldn’t get a straight answer from him. Eventually he tried to convince me that since I was paying for the accessories over 24 months that they were essentially free because the monthly payment was so low. I’ve been to other T-​Mobile store and they were not this conniving. Go to another T-​Mobile store if at all possible.
