Scott & White Clinic

I have mixed feelings on Scott & White.
The good: some great doctors. Love mine.
This clinic has it all, pharmacy, lab, no need to go elsewhere. Super convenient location.
The bad: the reception staff does not seem to know how to operate phones. On occasion 1, I called to get blood test results when we hadn’t heard back in a few days. The receptionist said she’d leave a message requesting the nurse call us back. In a few days more we got results in the mail. (So while the USPS takes its time getting a letter to you, you can just stew on the results of your lab tests because no one at Scott & White will use a phone.) TEN DAYS after we left a message, a nurse finally called me to see what I wanted. Good thing no one was sick, because we would have been a whole lot sicker by the time they returned a phone call!
On occasion 2, they failed to give me my driver’s license back from checking in. For days, I searched for it, thinking I’d lost it. No one from Scott & White called. Finally, I stopped in to see if it was there, and it was. They couldn’t have called me to say they had it? They have my number on file!
Learn to use the phones, please!

I hate scott & white but I love Dr. Berg! That is the only reason why I give it 5 stars!
