Rise and Shine Permanent Makeup

I was very wary of having my eyebrows done, yet Veronica explained everything to me before hand, which served to reassure me. She spoke at length about how a person’s eyebrows were supposed to look according to their facial features. Never had anyone talked with me about a procedure which made me feel all the more included in the whole process. When Ms. Morris had finished (she actually drew my eyebrows on freehand!) I didn’t feel like I’d had my eyebrows «done.» Instead it felt like a transformation of my whole look… and a very good one at that! I’m actually looking forward to having my lips, not ‘done’ but transformed. Oh and Veronica’s prices are more than reasonable.

I love my eyebrows!!! Veronica did great today! She was very attentive during my consult and patiently looked at every picture I brought. I told her repeatedly how nervous I was but she never made me feel rushed and her calmness helped put me at ease. She chose the perfect brow color for me suggesting lighter and we could always add to later on. She applied the numbing cream which at first I exclaimed — it doesn’t hurt at all! Well, I was wrong. It does hurt. A lot. But honestly, you’re getting a tattoo on your face. Numb all you want– it’s going to hurt so suck it up! I was so so critical at the end questioning the same thing over and over but again, no pressure, no rushing, she calmly walked me through everything and I’m happy she did. Had I made her do what I thought I was seeing as being «off» I wouldn’t be happy right now. She’s awesome and I’m so glad I trusted her!

Great painless eyeliner and lip shade! Veronica is super sweet and truly an artist. I’ll be bringing back friends!

Never again. so disappointed. .never again. that is all I am saying… I have had permanent makeup for over 15 years. 2 seconds and I am done…

I have been coming to Veronica since last year and even referred my mom. We both love her work, professionalism and attention. My mom has had permanent makeup before and commented on how much more professional Veronica is. As a Licensed Esthetician I noticed myself. She keeps a record of every one of her clients, updates as needed and always lets you know what she’s doing and asks you if you’re comfortable. Her office and work station are always spotless and I can always see her opening new product/​equipment for me. I got eyeliner and lipliner done and am really pleased! Her prices are extremely reasonable and I drive from San Antonio to see her in Georgetown because believe me, her prices can’t be beat. Expect to schedule touch ups, this is permanent makeup and good pigmentation requires several visits. She even offers discounted prices for these touch ups. All in all I recommend her and would be a fool to have gone elsewhere!
As for the «dollar store free gifts» she gives out that a commenter below remarked on, I guess she’s referring to the vaseline packets? I, for one, find it extremely convenient and only use this when healing. I find it it more sanitary than sticking my fingers in my big tub. And honestly, how expensive is vaseline and who really gives AF?

Classic Bait and Switch — BBB Material
Veronica is a classic example of a business owner who not only does not value her customers, but puts zero emphasis on keeping her word. That’s putting it lightly. This woman received a glowing review from me, used it on all of her advertisements, them essentially ripped me off.
I had several horrible experiences, with a no-​show no-​call texted cancellation after an hour-​long drive from Kyle, a telephone consultation while she was terribly intoxicated, she consistently jacked up prices and increased rates, procedure refusal with halfway finished spotty work (touch ups are absolutely necessary), additional fees, and snide personal remarks about my relationship: nail salon crossed with drunken bar room etiquette.
She has no concept of the word «loyalty» even though she offers a loyalty program. Every, every, EVERY time I have scheduled with her, she’s made a little more money, roped in a few more clients, jacks up her rates changing terms of her contract. I paid three times above what she’s currently advertising, and she’s still increasing rates. I guess she’s just not making enough on repeat customers.
My tip: go to a business that really does value your loyalty and get it all in writing. Don’t expect the prices you e been quoted to hold up long. Veronica does not value anything more than the money she’s making. She isn’t that great to be screwing people who have held her and her business on regard, there are plenty of other businesses out there who actually value YOU, as much as the dollar amount of your visit.
And don’t use the dollar store products she has stocked as free gifts (they are really from the dollar store). They do more harm than good for the healing process, I learned that the hard way. Dollar general products just don’t cut it for some things, this is one of them. I can’t believe that happened.

I LOVE her work! Veronica is super professional, and she is a very talented artist. Her workplace is very clean, and she was on time for the appointment both times I visited her. Her prices are unbeatable! Like many others who can’t afford to pay hundreds of dollars for permanent makeup, I feel so lucky that I found her!
