The whole process of securing a storage unit was a breeze. Erika (manager) was efficient, professional, and courteous. I was out of there with the keys (including a tour of the actual unit) in under 30 minutes. Facilty was immaculate!

I had an excellent experience renting here. Both Aliesha, the manager, who helped us rent our unit, and Robin who provided great service the day we moved in were friendly and helpful and professional. The facility is new, very clean and well appointed, with great security as well as nice bathrooms, good prices in the store. In am happy to have my property stored here.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. From the front desk lady, to the customer service center. Let’s not forget the district manager that did not return a call.

This is a brand new facility, in excellent condition with professional staffing. The driveway is extra wide and can handle large moving trucks. We got first month free as part of new facility deal. You have to buy their locks but they look sturdy.

This a new, large, clean and well-​lit facility. We rented to store contents of a college dorm room for the summer and the process was quick and easy. This facility had the right size of locker for us at a good price which was not easy to find in Georgetown.
