WOW, what an amazing place! The selection of Men’s frames is overwhelming. Thanks to BETSEY, the General Manager, I was able to pick the right frames to fit my face. I am in Progressive Lenses and not only that, I have a complicated prescription. I have always known, I can never get my glasses in an hour, so no big deal but they do come in, in a short time. When my glasses did arrive, I went in for my fitting. I again, looked for BETSEY and asked if she could help me. She took the time to adjust them and feel comfortable. I was happy but she was not… she adjusted them a little more and they fit perfectly. I know why this place is always so packed now. It is worth the wait to get the kind of customer service she and her staff deliver. WAY TO GO!!!
