I contacted this company Monday after my sister in law recommended them. I was contacted back fairly promptly, received an estimate, and had a few questions answered about the process from a guy named Gabe. I was told all day Thursday was open for appointments. I responded quickly requesting to schedule around noon for Thursday. That was over 24hrs ago. I even sent a follow up email today trying to confirm, again. No response. I went ahead and scheduled to have my car windows tinted with another company. Customer service is the first impression when choosing a company. This example was a fail.

I used this business to get my wife’s windows tinted back in 2013. They came out to my house and took care of everything in the driveway. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.
The work has held up well and they were honest, quick, efficient and friendly.
