M & J Construction has managed 4 rental properties of mine in Austin for the past 2 years. I couldn’t be happier with the service they have provided me.
M & J are able to handle small jobs as well as large. They are also able to respond quickly to emergency situations as well as handle larger scale long-​term projects.
I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job at the right price! Highly recommended!

I hired M & J Construction in Summer 2008 to do some interior & exterior maintenance on my home. Overall, they did a great job and I would definitely hire them again.
Mike and Jim, the «M» and the «J» from the company name, are both friendly and professional. They provided me with an accurate estimate in advance of the work, and stuck to the quoted price when the work was complete.
I truly believe that these guys are committed to doing quality work. I can say so with confidence because, when I was dissatisfied with one small facet of the job, they gladly returned to correct the problem. As a result, I am 100% satisfied with the work they did.
