Jack In The Box

Horrible service!!! Talk about «fast food», took 40 minutes! Then, they messed my sandwich up so I had to wait inside for a fresh one while the 2 employees were working. Maybe hire some new staff??? Never ever again will I go here. Faster and better food in the dumpster across the street. ZERO stars if I could!

This one is a Good Jack in the Box. I have been to crappy ones but this one… this one is good. Not as slow as others pretty quick.

I would give them zero stars if I could.
I stopped by on the evening of 11÷9÷10 at about 6:45 p.m. I ordered 3 burgers/​sandwiches and 2 orders of fries. We waited 15 minutes for our order in the drive-​thru. So much for «fast» food. I left without checking my order — BIG mistake on my part. I got home, which was about 12 miles away and found out they left out one of the sandwiches.
I drove back to Jack in the Box and went throught he drive-​thru because I had my toddler with me. When asked if they could take my order, I told them I was there to get the rest of my order they didn’t give me the first time. There were 2 cars ahead of me and when I got up to the window, the same guy who had taken my order and given it to me the first time opens the window and says «So what did we forget» as he’s laughing.
I told him it really wasn’t funny since I had waited 15 minutes to get the order the first time and they couldn’t even put it all in the bag and then had to drive 24 miles round trip to come back to get the rest of my order with a screaming/​crying toddler. He continued to smile/​laugh as he took my receipt. I told him which sandwich it was and he closed the window.
So after spending another 10 minutes in the drive-​thru, I finally had my complete order with a side of attitude. I had to ask for my receipt back, which they didn’t want to find. I guess they didn’t want me to call the 1 – 800 number and register a formal complaint.
Never again!
