Harts Laundry and Dry Cleaning

So… we drop off a single suit for dry cleaning on a Saturday. We’re told it will be ready Tuesday afternoon. Perfect. That gives the couple of days lee-​way we needed.
We came back Tuesday at 3pm to find out that it wouldn’t be delivered until around 5, and to come back then.
We came back at 5:30, only to find out that it was actually delivered to a different location and would be ready for pick-​up sometime Wednesday.
The staff here seem generally apathetic and incompetent. They couldn’t even spell my name CLOSE to correctly (of the six letters in my last name, only three found their way into the seven letter name they put into their system, and none of them were in the first two).
I’m not certain if there is another dry cleaner in the area… but let’s just say I’ll be doing the cleaning at home, rather than expecting for this «standard» service to be available in the Greater Lexington area when I arrive.
