So, I’m a little befuddled as to how to review this business. My experience with this business practice was a little odd, but at the same time, I guess I expected it since locksmiths are likely peculiar individuals — something of Mad Hatters in my eyes. Nonetheless, he got the job done when no one else could — something as simple as getting keys copied. I took keys to Walmart and Home Depot to get duplicated, but none of the keys worked. So of course I sought out the local locksmith since they’re the pros. The business number goes to an unidentified personal cellphone that goes with the default«Leave a message at the tone» response. When I called on different days, I was unable to get an answer. The Rock St. address is incorrect. This business is located on Williams Drive. When I got to the office building, it was a little difficult to find the Lock & Key office since it shares space with numerous other businesses. One of the other businesses directed me to the office, stating, «He’s in there, but his door is always closed and the sign always says ‘Closed.’» Sure enough, the description was accurate. The sign on the exterior door simply says«Georgetown» with the business number underneath it. It’s pretty much unidentified. The locksmith only took cash or check. He said he’s always open, but he’s always out of the building. Hrm… so if I can’t get him to answer his phone, how do I know his availability? I guess I got lucky showing up when he was there. Either way, his work was legit and the keys worked when two other chain stores couldn’t. To find the office, his store is located at the bottom floor, corner-left front side of the building. That’s one thing about locksmiths — you’ll always need them, they certainly are a service you can not go without.
