They need more workers. They do however have a lot of neat things to look at. They seem to always have baby chicks, roosters, and other neat things my kids adore.

This place is pretty good. Georgetown is great about having locally owned businesses. I’d recommend a better equine section, I’m biased but really. I think since there’s a Tractor Supply nearby, they should outshine them any chance they get. Also, it’s hot in there, like there’s no a/c? My kids love to see the baby Chicks. Also a decent plant nursery.

The people that work here are so rude, unhappy, grouchy, resent you for calling, horrible attitudes, and sarcastic. The other day I saw a dead chick on the floor with a cricket eating it. The same day a man loaded my feed and spit on the ground next to my feet.

If you say your hours are until 7, it’s 6:45 and you are closed, I’ve never had a good experience with them. Never going back.

They have a pretty decent selection of organic plants, but customer service is not in their vocabulary! The younger girls are all sweet, but the rest of the employees are so rude we will not be going back. We have spent a great deal of money here since we just moved to the area, but I found another store that doesn’t act like you are putting them out when you do business with them! The 2 stars are only for the 2 younger girls that work the register, they are sweet and helpful. The rest of the store is full of spider webs and rude older people!

Took the Husqvarna mower I had for seven months in for repair as it wouldn’t start and this is where the company sent me. First thing out of the repairman’s mouth was that if the carburetor had water in it, it would null and void the warranty. Okay. Went on to say that the«new» gas mixtures«attract» water. My brother, who did small engine repair in another life, had checked that very thing BEFORE I took it in and said the carburetor was dry as a bone. Mower had new gas, fresh oil, and a new spark plug. So, imagine my surprise when they call me to pick it up — TWOWEEKSLATER — and when I finally get someone to come to the repair counter(it took about 15 minutes for the repairman to come in from the back), and lo and behold, the invoice(yes, I had to pay for repairs on a mower that had a three year warranty) stated water was in the carburetor. Really? And he wanted to argue the point. The ladies up front are nice and helpful, but forget about taking your mower here for work supposed to be covered under warranty. Ripoff.

Don’t waste your time. Supply of items is minimal and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

One of the few places that carries potbellied pig food and understands the difference between it and traditional pig food. For that reason alone I will shop here! They also have some great veggie plants in the spring at great prices. It’s a small mom & pop place so the selection is somewhat limited on stocked merchandise and prices are probably not the best on every item, but they provide a valuable service to Gtown and I like to support them! Plus, they have a shop cat and they support animal rescue! I always patronize stores that support animal rescue!
