Franklin is knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He is very patient to explain his gems, and I learn a lot from him, no high pressure sale, he has high quality gems at bargain price, he has large varieties of color gems and diamond. I am very happy with the pink saffire I bought from him. By the way he is an old fashion jeweler.
