Cordi Chris & Associates Fine Cabinetry

I started looking for contractors in June of 2015 to build a custom office in my home. After contacting 6 different contractors, Chris Cordi, the owner of Cordi Woodworks, was the only one to return my call. He wanted to come by my home on the weekend to see the area in which I wanted to build the office. Because he lived close to my home, and I guess because he was busy during the week, he felt it would be good for him. My son and his wife, who live in Austin, had just had a baby, and I told Chris that I couldn’t do it on the weekend, because I would be in Austin, but he could come by the next week, any time after 11:00am. He told me his day started long before that. I thought that a little rude, but he finally settled on the next Thursday at noon. He did show, and was here about an hour taking measurements. We also discussed how I wanted the layout to look, and the type of wood and stain I wanted.
He told me he wouldn’t give me anything fancy or detailed but would get back with me within a week, show me some drawings, and give me a quote. I never heard back from him.
