Bruster’s Real Ice Cream

Ice Cream is delicious! Especially the graham cracker! The workers are all very nice and efficient

Well, I’ve been eating ice cream from the Brusters in Nicholasville for years & thought this would be the same. Boy was I wrong. Tried to order 2 scoops of different flavors in a cup, was told I could only get 2 scoops if they were the same flavor. Had to get 3(2+1). When I got the cup, IT ONLY HAD 1 scoop of each flavor requested??? Also ordered 2 waffle cones of Buckeye. My cone did not contain a single «buckeye», very disappointed! They were supposed to be 2 scoops in each, I guess they fell out the bottom of the cone or just evaporated into thin air! I also could not believe it when they cracked one of the cones, & instead of redoing it, they just put that cone down inside another one. Really? Will definitely NOT be making that trip again!

Just stopped for some corn dogs and fries. The grease they fried the stuff In was so old it turned even the inside of the fries dark brown, smelled horrible and tasted old. Ten dollars worth of inedible food
