Do not hire these people. The owner seems nice at first, but if you use them for any more than the most menial tasks, you will find he doesn’t keep his word, is up to 6 hours late and the work is sloppy, poorly finished and NEVER cleaned up afterward. Don’t believe a word this guy says. He has certain ‘catch phrases’ that he constantly must use to prevent potential conflicts/​complaints. They include ‘I got you, don’t worry’, ‘I trust you’, ‘I will be right there, I got your back.’ All pure jive and BS. I even had tools go missing while they were here. He said he would replace them, but of course, has not. The workers are useless and scary and will leave cigarette butts, debris and incomplete work on your property. I truly thought they were casing my house. AVOID THE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Do not buy into his line of bull!!! You will regret it.

I hate to have to write this review. The owner of this biz, Everton is so nice but things couldn’t have gone worse with our experience.
First of all the 1^st cleaning price was almost triple the normal rate to get things totally clean. Our house is brand new so there really wasn’t that much to clean. The crew of 3 took ALL day to clean the house. However, they weren’t really cleaning the entire time they were here. Lots of breaks and one gal took over an hour to clean my grandmother’s bedroom AND she forgot to change the sheets, instead she left them on the rocking chair in the corner.
The second clean was horrible. There were 2 male workers. One guy did all of the work. They once again were at my house all day long. I brought several matters to the attention of the owner and he promised to make it right. I ended up having to wipe down all of our wood furniture again since the lazy worker just slopped wood oil on it w/​o wiping it off.
My 3^rd clean was frustrating. The crew was late by at least 2 hours. The workers did a better job but my tubs still were not cleaned. When I pointed that out to the cleaner he said that his «all purpose» cleaner would not take out the dirt. I brought it up to the owner and once again, he promised to make it right the next time. In the mean time I went upstairs with some AJAX and cleaned it myself.
My final straw with this company was yesterday. We had to move our cleaning from Wed. to Thursday because they were a man short. They were supposed to show up yesterday at 9 a.m. I was out running errands around 11 when my husband texted me that the cleaners had still not shown up. After a call I learned the crew was sent out at 9 a.m. but never showed up and the owner couldn’t locate the crew. Today they had the nerve to show up at my house, no call, no text, to see about cleaning. I told the owner that we had to hire a new service b/​c if his workers were running off on him and he couldn’t find them what could they do to me? I really like the owner as a guy, and I feel like his business idea is great, he just can’t get the crew that he needs to really live up to his brand.
