This is my go-to Starbucks for a number of reasons: Conveniently located, open later than others in Geneva, and it’s more spacious(and with a variety of seating options) than most Starbucks locations! From comfy chairs with side tables and reading lamps to tables with booth/chair seatings, bar seating, and a big table, there’s plenty of options if you’re there to read, work, meet with friends, or just relax. I typically do mobile order in the mornings because it can get super busy! I never even bother trying to get to the drive-thru anymore when I’m not my way to work, but if you have 15 minutes you could try. Parking is usually fine(pro tip: on the north side of the location there’s an entire parking lot, avoid the front during busy times and just go to the north side). I took off one star because customer service isn’t always the best. There have been mornings where I slip in to pick up my mobile order and nobody even sees me, let alone says hi or thank you! I used to visit(and loved, but it’s no longer on my commute) the downtown Geneva location because they were friendly and cheerful and would always greet customers and send them off with a «have a good day!»

It’s Starbucks, it’s not cheap, it’s not the best, but you consistently know what you are going to get. The interior of this location is nice, but as others have mentioned it was overrun by hipsters.

Love my third place!!! Great team here and they always seem happy to see me — I appreciate that. Nice place to relax and get some work done too.

The coffee is good but this location is always filled with a «certain hipster» crowd that makes sitting inside nearly unbearable; plus, the arctic temperatures in summer don’t help.

This is my go-to Starbucks on Randall Road. It is large with a ton of the ‘comfy chairs’ and a good amount of tables. It is a busy location, but they have great staff, consistently great drinks, and is my favorite place to study and meet friends.

Great service, great product, great environment, great partners! This is a fantastic meeting place and always hopping. Speed of service is on point, but parking spaces are somewhat limited at peak times. I always have a good experience here, and out of thousands of orders over the years, ONLYONE has been given to me incorrectly. Based on that alone, I rate this a five star store and am proud to call this my «third place».

I’m a big Starbucks fan, but not at this particular location. This review is more about the parking lot/drive through than the store itself, but the exterior also reflects on the store, so here we go. This past Sunday I visited at approximately 1pm, and there were no empty parking spots in the entire strip mall that this Starbucks sits in, so I decided to go through the drive through. The entire drive was full of cars and there were 2 more cars waiting to get in along with myself. So now I have at least a 2 minute wait time to just sit and wait to even get into the drive through. In the meantime, I had a guy that was sitting in his parking spot honking at me to get out of the way. Not a relaxing moment, and needless to say, I left and stopped by the Starbucks in Aurora on Orchard which was much less crazy. So Starbucks, if your store is going to sit in a busy strip mall with a million other customers just waiting to get in your business, you may want to find a way to fix your parking situation. I’d hate to see this place on a busy weekday morning.

My iced coffee tasted off and I went up ask for another. Three employees seemed confused why I was standing there and none offered to help. When the cashier finally did, she was very rude about it. The barista was very nice and apologized.

Decent Starbucks. The inside is nice. Staff are friendly. Pretty standard Starbucks. Downside: It is ALWAYS busy. The drive thru is hopping and generally there are at least 5 cars in line. Try to find a parking spot? It may be near impossible at peak hours. Between Chipotle down a few spots and Starbucks, the parking situation is limited to say the least.

Huge thank you to Starbucks! I stopped in to treat myself to a Evolution juice. I couldn’t remember which green juice I likes even after carefully reading the ingredients. I purchased the one I thought was right, opened it, took a sip and gagged. I was sick that I spent $ 6 on the wrong juice. I brought it up hoping they’d at least give me a discount to buy another. He swapped it out-no questions asked. That’s my idea of customer service!

How do you run out of green tea latte? Seriously, you should check your stock more often.

Of the Starbucks options in Geneva(and you have three), this one takes the cake. Its the largest of the stores, and so you don’t feel as though you are sitting right on top of another patron, unable to avoid listening to his/her conversation, as you do at the Geneva Commons location. Moreover, you can actually get work done here, as it is never noisy, unlike the downtown location, which sounds like a concert hall, complete with loud music and boisterous patrons. I don’t know why this particular Starbucks has so much open space — they could certainly fit a few more tables in — but I appreciate it. The staff here is friendly, and doesn’t try to push the«flavor of the week» on you as the downtown Starbucks staff does. Plus, there’s a drive-thru here, which I appreciate, as I don’t always want to get out of the car when I’m on my way to work or class. That being said, I have waited up to 10 minutes in the drive-thru, so if you’re in a hurry, go inside!

Starbucks is starbucks. I love this place, but Hate hate HATE(hAte) the new renovations that they did on the interior. Whoever thought that was an ergonomic or productive design for a coffee shop was clearly on a five hour energy at the time, because pre-coffee, I don’t want to interact with the idiots who don’t know where the line starts because the registers are right in front of where you pick up.(pant pant). AAAAAnd the service is good here so I gave it four stars. There, ya happy?

Standard Starbucks. Very friendly morning crowd of employees. No complaints here! In and out and on with my life in less than 5 minutes.

Just when you least expect it, there it is: a parking problem in suburban Geneva. This Starbucks was a choice spot for my makeshift bi-weekly homework bunker, but parking was a chore. The itty-bitty strip mall-type setting shares a parking lot with a budget hair cut chain, a small massage chain and a Chipotle. The Starbucks itself is cozy and as a nice workstation table with lights and electrical outlets. Very friendly service, too! But for standard beany beverages, opt for the drive through.
