Typical very helpful staff. As others have stated, the selection is less than the big stores, but they are happy to order things for you.
I have had s few issues with items ordered from PB online, but the store is always quick to assist and remedy.

This Pottery Barn is more like a mini store than an actual Pottery Barn showroom. They have a good selection of linens and china, but when it comes to furniture, they are sadly lacking. We ended up driving to Oak Brook to look at a media unit we were interested in, and were stunned at the difference in size between the two stores. Honestly, if you’re looking for wide selection, I’d stick to online shopping.
But, if you’re in need of a housewarming gift or registering for an upcoming wedding, this location would probably meet your needs. It’s located at the Geneva Commons shopping mall, closer to Randall and Williamsburg than Randall and Bricher. And it’s conveniently close to Crate and Barrel (a much larger store with a significantly larger selection) if you’re interested…
One last FYI… Pottery Barn does offer complimentary in-​home consultations if you’re looking for design ideas or want to get their opinion about what pieces might work well in your space.

PB stuff is the same in all locations. This location is staffed by people who either do not understand customer service or who are trained not to do it. First, the headsets, a PB trademark, are clearly THE most disrespectful tool ever invented — first of all the associates are all listening to everyone BUT the customer right in front of them, if the phone rings — again you are out. The managers will never come and help an associate who is struggling — they will walk them thru it on the ear piece. Then — in a little known piece of customer service, if you buy something in the store ONLY that store can help you with delivery; if they do not have it and have to go online to order — then only ONLINE can help you and the customer service # knows nothing about orders placed in stores. REALLY! I have been in a couple of times recently and each time the process from the time I get an associate to help me until I am done is more than 40 minutes… their products may be nice but are not worth the experience.

If you know pottery barn, you know that they’re known for their eclectic furnishings and home accessories. This is a store that’s got a little bit of everything if you’re wiling to pay their expensive prices.
This particular location has been there for ten years and still looks just as new as it did the day it opened. Their furniture is classy and durable and they’ve always got their furniture on show in a way that inspires the decorator in little old me (even though I’ve got the world’s most tiny apartment). The accessories here will complement any room. Check it out sometime, people.
