Pizza Hut

after my very unsatisfactory dealings with the manager at this store and the district manager trying to fix it and the store manager acting a fool again over $ 2.14 i got a phone call from (i assume) the district manager. he was very polite and listened patiently to my entire complaint. he was very apologetic. he offered me free coupons for pizza. i started to turn it down and told him i did not want him to think i was complaining just to get free food. he was very sincere in his apology. i told him i had a printout of my original order for a cheese and pepperoni pizza and would send him a copy if he wanted. i did tell him theIR pizza is really good. i will give the coupons to my grandson who loves pizza. i did tell him that there is something off with their store manager. he is snotty and does not know a thing about customer service, but the company is doing their best to satisfy their customers. i will give them credit for that…

Summary: It’s a Pizza Hut. If you’ve been to a Pizza Hut, you’ve been here before.
Price, Atmosphere, Taste: See above. I’ve been here for the buffet twice, and it was good both times. I actually do remember making the comment to my fiancée that if I didn’t know I was in Geneva, I would have thought I was in the Pizza Hut in my hometown.
Overall: Certainly not bad. You can tell the pizza is prepared and doesn’t have that local pizzeria taste, but again, it’s not a bad thing, it’s just a Pizza Hut.
