Worst sandwich ever. Ordered the whole turkey bacon and avocado. What I got was half a turkey and bacon and half with just lettuce and tomato. My wife ordered the same sandwich and hers was just as bad. Also ordered a cup of soup and it was all over the sandwich wrappers. Definitely not worth $ 28. I will never return.

This is the NEW building just south of the one listed above– I was so looking forward to visiting. Along with an outdoor patio– It is very NICE! Extremely disappointed in the service though. I placed my order using the mobile app on my way to work and applied the $ 5 off coupon that was offered. They weren’t even busy when I arrived to pick up my order and it WASNOT ready despite the promised time. It happens, no biggie I figured. The spacey blonde working the register along with the young man that came out from the back with my order rubbed me the wrong way. They didn’t smile or seem happy. Totally killed the experience and expectations I had. Makes me not want to go back, but will because it’s close to home and I regularly drive past there! I’m sure that not every employee there is a puke and actually appreciates their job. Regardless, I was very nice and thanked them both. Must say, what prompted me to leave this review(and create a Unilocal account) was what I saw when I opened up my flimsy Mediterranean Flatbread. Needless to say I didn’t even bother taking a bite. NOWHERENEAR the one advertised– which I’ve had this favorite plenty of times. It hardly had any chicken or cabbage, a measly dab of hummus & tzatziki sauce and no feta. Are you kidding me? ABSOLUTEGARBAGE! My co-worker’s all saw it and agreed. I work overnights and will be returning it in the morning. Just so the manager can see it for him/herself and hopefully have a talk with the employees there to improve customer service. Moral of the review: Open your food and inspect it before leaving this Panera :) if you ‘re not satisfied, speak up.

I used to go in there all the time to get a salad to go. I would get the grilled chicken caesar and there were so many times when they forgot to put my dressing in. And when I called on the phone multiple times all I got was a bunch of sorries and asking if I wanted a refund. I just want my order right. Then after I came in for a replacement they forgot the chicken. I will never spend my money here again. Ever.

Ok let’s be honest Panera is Panera… it’s not a high end eating establishment or anything fancy… it is like a McDonalds very corporate and you get the same stuff no matter what Panera you go to. But this location in particular is really good customer service wise. Everyone is always really nice and attentive regardless if it 5 minutes before they close or mid day. And when they are out of stuff like a specific bread that goes with a Sammie you just ordered they will try to make it right to make you as happy as possible. I’m always happy with my soup and sandwich and know what to expect every time… but if you want some great customer service to go along with it come to the location in Geneva… I will tell you where to avoid the one near downtown Batavia it SUCKS… you have a bunch of people who don’t care about you, your order or where they work. The one in Batavia is closer to my house but I’d rather come to the one in Geneva any day of the week.
