I live in Geneva and have a Harley. I stop in to the service department to see the guys several times a month. They have signs all over the place stating that there are no NYS inspections on Mondays and show what hours they do them. I know the guys and they are always super helpful and know their stuff. They can’t get things done when someone is stopping in for an inspection all day long every day. I am sure the 1st reviewer misread the situation. Probably had a Honda to boot!

Worst customer service. Went there to get my bike inspected. I waited by the counter for a few minutes-​one staff was at his desk but ignored me standing there. I went into the showroom. There was one customer but no one else in sight. Place was deserted. Went back to service desk where the man at the desk finally said «yes?». When I told him what I wanted, he said without leaving his desk, «NYS does not make it worthwhile for me to do them on Mondays.» I asked if he knew where I could get it done nearby, he replied «lots of shops around, look on the Internet». His gruff attitude and poor customer service skills makes me wonder how he stays in business. Maybe not for long.
