The girls here are SO friendly. I recently went in looking for a unique dress to wear to a wedding. The girl who helped me spend extra time and pulled stuff from the rack that I didn’t even see! I ended up finding the perfect dress for the wedding I went to. Every time I come here I receive great service and the girls are so friendly! Also-​every time I wear something from here I always get compliments! This is by far my favorite store as well as my favorite Francesca’s location to shop! Thanks girls!

I always find the perfect dress here! Whether I need a summer sundress, something cute for work, going out sexy number; they have them all. The accessories are super cute. I love all the gift items, all the vintage sayings, funny little gifts.
And the service is great. I ran in here late for a party. The gal helped me pick out a dress to wear and wrapped my presents while I tried it on. They are all really nice & helpful. The manager is there all the time and is great. When I come in with the boys, they are always patient and fun with them. Lots of little kids trinkets to buy to bribe them to behave, too.

I’m a huge fan of Francesca’s! I’m at the location in Wheaton almost every other day, due to it having a larger selection of clothes, in comparison to this location. Nevertheless, this location does have a greater selection of jewelry and is perfect to go to if you are looking moreso for accessories.
The service is good, but not great as seen in the Wheaton location. All in all, it’s definitely a good place to go to for cute, unique items.

After reading Dianne S.‘s review I was intrigued by Francesca’s Collections and needed to scope it out.
I cruised in on a fairly quiet morning and was given top notch greetings the minute I walked in the door, probably because I was the only person in the store but also I was looking to drop it like it’s hot and get my shop on.
The store itself is filled with great single pieces that are prime interchangeables for day to night or a little bit of both. The racks are loaded with tunics and silky partial dresses that are great for cocktail parties minus the cocktail party prices.
The big perk for me wasn’t so much the clothing, mainly because it’s very similar to H&M but has a more boutique feel to it and for some reason I wasn’t in a purchasing mood. Surprisingly it was all of the accessories and clutches. This is definitely a go to location to pick up a chunky necklace that could spice up any single color dress. Including a one thick fake crystal choker that puts the «stunna» in a kissable neckline.
I saw a darling khaki colored jacket that wings out but unfortunately only one was left and after a quick step away from the sales floor, the lovely staffer checked the entire FC database and told me another location that would have the size I was interested in. Customer Service, defo on the money that morning!
All in all a good experience, I walked out with a dainty pair of falsie pearl earrings and a partial black/​white floral print dress ($ 50ish) that is sexy chic and could be played out for a fun night out. Very reasonable prices mixed with good service, oh I’ll be back. That’s a promise.

Oh how I miss the city. Thankfully, Francesca’s Collections still gives me the feel of boutique shopping down Damen Avenue.
Easy layout to follow: purses & other accessories can be found on the wall to the right as you walk in. Fun dresses in the back of the store.
Don’t forget to hit up their sale area that can be found in the back righthand corner of the store. Just keep in mind that all sale items are final, no returns or exchanges. So definitely try before you buy. There is only one fitting room in the store but I’ve only had to wait in line once.
In addition to their sales, they also have something called Pick of the Week. This is an item that you can purchase with a 20% discount! Check out their website to see what the Pick of the Week is and don’t forget to sign up for their mailing list. I got a 40% off discount on any item in their online store just for being on their mailing list!

I enjoy this store immensely, although I forget it’s in the Geneva Commons from time to time due to its location off the main strip of stores. That’s probably a good thing for a shopper like me, because whenever I do wander into Francesca’s Collections I’m sure to drop some dough. Whether it’s a cute dress selected from their eclectic yet slight collection of clothing or a sassy notepad that assists in making decisions, there is always something that seems to catch my eye. I’ve purchased stunning jeweled sandals and girly hair accessories that always attract compliments due to their quirky yet lady like details. I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for something different, whether it’s a one-​shouldered romper or a silly gift for a friend. You won’t be disappointed.

Shopping in Chicago has major drawbacks and it’s so hard to find cute, fashionable clothes, especially in the burbs. This shop is one exception! The clothes are trendy and affordable. I drive ²⁰⁄₃₀ minutes just to get here!
I definitely recommend it and they have locations all over. The only negative is the 1 dressing room… but it’s worth the wait.
