Delicious! An unexpected find! We arrived in town on a Sunday evening, only to find that most restaurants in the area are closed on Sundays. We tried to go to the Beef & Brew, but that place smelled so awful(like cat piss! Eeewwww!!! check out my full review for details) that we had to leave. Hungry and searching Unilocal for better options, we ended up at the Bubble Tea Café with low expectations. Lucky for us, this place is awesome! Loved the kale salad with blue cheese and mandarin oranges, the hummus plate, the creamy tomato soup. I’m super picky about grilled cheese, and the«inside-out» grilled cheese here is spectacular, cheesy melty yum both inside and out, very rich and satisfying. Great for dunking in the tomato soup! Nicely sized portions and great value for the money. Teas were also good. Not only is this gem open on Sundays, it’s also open late, a serious benefit for anyone traveling through that needs a healthier late night meal.

Went back to Bubble Tea for lunch with a friend last week. Sandwiches and soup were still fresh and exactly as promised. The BLT wrap was warm all the way through thanks to the grilling of the completed wrap. Somehow the lettuce was still crisp even though warmed up. If you have not had warmed mayo on a BLT you don’t know what you are missing. The«Stuffed Pepper Soup» was a just OK. I did not know what to expect. It arrived looking very much like chili with rice and red bell peppers topped with cheddar cheese. I would have liked it much hotter(in temperature) spiked with cilantro to brighten up the rather bland flavor. My partner’s sandwich(cranberry walnut chicken salad) was perfectly sized and prepared as usual. His soup looked fantastic! The«roasted chicken kale and white bean» soup is exactly what it says. I was very impressed with the clearness of the broth and the bright green of the kale. This is not a soup made up completely the week before. It looks assembled per order with the brightness of the kale telling me that it was added very shortly before serving, but with enough time to wilt into softness without losing color. If you have ever been to a traditional phở bar you see the same type of noodle soups prepared in front of you. All the parts are assembled fresh per order and not just microwaved from a completed soup made a week ago and frozen into portions. The soups were still delivered by hand by the owner wearing surgical gloves. I hate the look of gloves in a restaurant. As a 50 year old man a gloved hand can mean only ONE thing… not really a good image in an eatery. Also the perilous trip across the floor holding a hot soup bowl(one per trip) just makes me anxious. With the new hotel going up a stones throw from Bubble Tea I expect this café to do very well and perhaps even expand its menu slightly to appeal to visitors from outside the region. I have a few ideas!

Great place to go with friends and catch up! I went to meet up with an old friend and I’m so glad he picked this place. It was my first time ordering(and trying) bubble tea and the person was very helpful with the process! I got passion fruit with another fruit that I know forget. They have the option for sweeten or unsweeten or semi-sweeten. The tea was amazing and I plan on going back many times this summer. They do have food, sandwiches and soups, but I didn’t try any but I plan on it soon! The staff was super friendly and they have a variety of people working there which is refreshing compared to places that hire the same type of people. They have 2 bathrooms which are family bathrooms so they are gender inclusive. The bathroom I used was very nice and had a changing table which had plenty of extra supplies below it like toilet paper and air freshener.

Have to say, I was pleasantly surprised when ordering lunch delivery on 4÷21÷16. We ordered from work and everyone was extremely happy with everything that came. I had the Chicken Pesto Sandwich(Roasted Chx, grilled sweet peppers, onions, spinach and provolone w/pesto on focaccia) and it was fresh and delicious… highly recommend. Within the group, we also had the Kale Salad, Cranberry Walnut Chx Sandwich, Tuna Melt and BLT Wrap. All were extremely satisfied and said they would repeat the order. My favorite part of the experience was how they individually wrapped the dill pickle spears in foil for each sandwich… how freakin’ cute and thoughtful… So happy to have a healthy option to order from for lunch in this land of pizza and chicken wings. Thank you for coming to the area!!! FYI… The namesake, bubble teas are delicious too …

Bubble Tea Café is a great place to go with friends and family. The open space makes it conducive to small children, and they are very accommodating. After I sat down at a table with my daughter, they brought her out a high chair and offered to provide crayons and a coloring book if we liked. Not only are the staff incredibly kind, the bubble tea is delicious and reasonably priced, and the inside out grilled cheese is good too! The menu is diverse enough to meet a variety of tastes, and the seating makes it work for larger groups or if you are coming to look for a place to get work done.

I can’t get enough of Bubble Tea! I’m actually having withdrawal right now because I haven’t been able to come in yet this week(LOL) I had an extra wonderful visit this past weekend… a gentleman(I think he might be the owner) greeted me as I came in and made me feel remembered and appreciated. I ordered 2 large bubble teas with extra bobas and he only charged me for one! THEN he also gave me a card that you give them every time you purchase a tea, when you get it checked off 10 times you receive a free tea… he checked off 7 spots for me for being a loyal customer! The other employees are all super friendly and definitely know about good customer service! My aunt hosts painting parties at Bubble Tea also and they are a huge hit. Bravo Bubble Tea Geneva!

We really liked this place. The wait for food was a little long,(about 30 min) but we were warned it would be. I think they might have short staffed that day, but the folks there were really hustling. Going right at noon might not be the best idea. I had coconut milk tea and it was great. The chicken pesto sandwich and BLT were very good.

As a former bubble tea barista, I can say that this was a wonderful addition to Geneva as it adds a great place to socialize, but also have great drinks and service. Their atmosphere is open and gives off an innovative bar feel. Good for the fast-paced production of making bubble tea and catering to a young clientele. A most crucial element to the drink is the tea. Their tea is concentrated and has flavor; like it should. It is not a wussy tea. Bubble tea is bubble tea because of the TEA. It makes or breaks the composition of the whole drink. This place does it well, no doubt. What I had found to be the most surprising aspect, was the boba(tapioca balls). The«exploding balls» are also called boba. Anyways, the cooked tapioca boba that they do is exceptional! Quality tends to be consistent with just enough give to make it chewy and still easy to bite down on. Many places can screw up tapioca, so having good boba in Geneva was a gift. I love what this place does. It is reasonable, delicious and creative with its combination flavors like almond joy(coconut, almond, and chocolate) and I will recommend this to anyone who wants something yummy. Thank you and remember, Chew your boba.

Great place to eat. The soup Was homemade and delicious. My sandwich was great… Toasted perfectly! The bible tea was surprisingly good but make sure you get the bubbles that pop. Service was quick and everyone was very friendly. I am sure I will be having lunch here many times. The desserts looked awesome but I was so full I couldn’t eat another thing!

Awesome café in downtown Geneva. Will walk first timers right through the ordering process. Tea is different than anything you’ve ever had. And totally awesome. A great pick me up!!! Don’t like tea? Order a fruit smoothie with popping juice balls. Sit by the fire and enjoy.

New café just opened the middle of October. Great selection of soups and sandwiches, all homemade I might add. The teas and coffees are excellent. Quick service, very friendly atmosphere.
