I was involved in the planning of a recent smallish(250 attendees) convention in Baton Rouge. Joe of Gulf Coast Event Services provided pipe & drape and display boards for our group. He offered great communication, amazing prices and was prompt on the load-in day. And was visible and available on the day of our event. He worked well with us(and even offered advice on a few things to help us along) and with the hotel staff. One of my coworkers was so impressed she took his card to see about using him for a HS fundraiser she’s involved with in Metairie.
