Hoggs Pub and Grub

Bad food, bad service, high prices and dirty. A wannabe biker bar but we were only bikers. A lot of drunk young people… don’t waste your time or money.

This place looks great. Nice and comfy come as you are casual atmosphere. Arrive a little late around 8 pm and enjoy their live entertaiment and some extra drinks from the bar after dinner. ;).The actual name on the outside of the newer looking restaurant is Señor’ Hogg’s instead of the website name that is posted here as Hoggs Pub and Grub. The best ground beef and grilled chicken tacos ever! Go on Taco Tuesdays or Taco Thursday’s and it’s All-​U-​Can-​Eat for the taco dinner for $ 9.95. I think Monday’s are Nacho Bad Monday’s, and Wednesday’s are Burrito Wednesday’s w/​the same prices for them as well. The Taco’s are huge too. There was at least a ½ lb. of beef or chicken per taco topped w/​lots of lettuce, homemade pico de gallo, cheese and believe it or not, I think they were a spicey bread n butter pickle chips and they tasted awesome on the tacos. The plate comes w/​black beans and rice. both taste great as well. The waiter was very polite and even packed us up 2 plates to go since there was no way I could eat more than what came out on the first plate of food. The female bartender was very nice and even suggested a new wine for me to try since they didn’t have a Riesling and I loved it. I want to say it was called Muscato. Nice full sized glasses of wine as well not to mention the nearly quart size mugs of draft/​draught beer for my husband, Delicious! We’ be putting this on our regular list of places to eat and relax on our 5 to 8 trips a year we make to Gatlinburg.

Hey you to get to this place really good nightly deals. I ordered the pulled pork nachos wife ordered pulled pork sand with sweet potatofries very good yes verygood. I was able to get a beer of my choice alot to choose from, wife ordered a rum an coke the bartender knows how to make a drink. I will be going back for sure. Ps its a sports bar nice tv coverage.

Not a bad place. Staff was very nice. Prices about the norm for the area
