Will cut your grass on THEIR terms, not yours. Any requests by me were met with reasons why they couldn’t do that. No accommodations for customers, no exceptions. Unfamiliar with the concept of «the customer is always right». They eventually «dropped» me as a client because I didn’t get their pre-​approval on a fence I had installed, preventing them from getting their ridiculously enormous leaf vacuum into the fenced-​in area of my backyard (which is less than 900 sq. ft. and maybe 25% of my entire yard). Apparently getting off the mower and actually raking by hand isn’t even an option, and their «dropping» me as a client was clearly retaliatory because I wasn’t towing the line as a proper customer and actually daring to question them.
(Also laughable, too, as I had a new yard guy in less than five minutes)
The attitude, combined with their very expensive ala carte pricing make them not viable for residential service. Avoid.
