Dillard’s really does have nice friendly employees, but not many of them. I think I saw three employees on each floor. You could throw a rock and it would keep going into a void where an employee wasn’t. They stock high quality merchandise and do a nice job with displays. I like the spacing(doesn’t feel crowded but«shoppable» instead). There was even a section where they featured cocktail dresses/holiday wear for women. My only pet peeve is replacing lights in signage. As a store, you will be getting more traffic in December than the whole rest of the year. Only two out of eight letters in «Dillard’s» were lit up. For me it’s a matter of taking pride in your store.

Not busy but the employees are so nice. I just wish the clothes was a bit cheaper. Not really for a college kids budget.

I like Dillard’s; this mall isn’t upscale or thriving, so I’d drive to SouthPark for serious shopping, but this store works fine.
