I imagine that this business is being run from the basement of someone’s mother’s house. They are completely unprofessional, impossible to get in touch with when you have questions. They worked on our HVAC unit … The Home Warranty Company sent them to us … They repeatedly proved themselves to be totally inept in all things. Choose someone else — trust me. Horrible customer service … Seriously they make TimeWarnerCable look good by comparison.
