The meat is so good you don’t need sauce — good thing ’cause theirs isn’t super — just ho-​hum. Great Texas toast, fries, beans and atmosphere. cole slaw lacked kick. They offer two types of potato salad — mustard or sour cream. We will return — I hear the peanut butter pie is SO good!

Brisket, ribs and sausage dinners were 5 stars. Side dishes: Sour cream potatoes salad & mustard potatoe salad and smoked baked bbq beans, were equally delicious!
I’ve eaten bbq from Lockhart Tx, Kansas City to St Louis and back. This little smoke house is a diamond in the rough.
Next time you go fishing on the White River you must eat here! Just up 412 from Flippin. Service was excellent!

The woman who took our order was terrific. She helped us choose our entrée and gave us a senior discount. The aroma was fabulous and the pulled pork sandwich and pork ribs were as good as it gets. BBQ does not get any better.

My first trip there and for the area its pretty good. The pork was tender and pretty flavorful while a touch more moisture would have been nice it was still good. Very good beans with some sweet to them and a good bit of meat in them too. The loaded potato salad is pre-​made purchased item but still a good one. They offer three different sauces and they were all good so you should be able to find one that would appeal to anyone.
I like the rustic atmosphere and the service was super friendly and really made you feel at home.

The best BBQ for miles around! Stop by if you are in the area or if you are passing by. The portions are large and the sides are great, I recommend the beans and the sour crème potato salad. You can’t go wrong with the ribs, brisket, pulled pork or chicken. The staff is very friendly but make sure you get there early, they usually run out of specials early.

I am an out-​of-​towner and KTs is a great restaurant in an area where there isn’t much to choose from. The service was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the meats and sides were all very very tasty. My only complaint is I wasn’t crazy about any of their sauces. They were good but not great, but I am used to a different type of sauce than what they offered, and I would’ve given KTs 5 stars if not for this. Overall minor complaint compared to the positives this place offered. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Wow– I love everything about this place (almost– I dont think there is beer available. hehe) Everyone at my table order something different– tried it all and loved. This is a serious smokehouse. The sides are delicious too. I also love the décor, it’s cute and clean. Also space outside to eat. Service was great and will return again!

Wow! Great price and good food what more is there? How about awesome BBQ! KTs is probably the best BBQ you can find in this area if not the region. The brisket was pull apart tender and the ribs had just the right amount of bite and were cooked to perfection. I also had the chicken which was prepared in the usual smoke house fashion.
Having just eaten at Sonny’s BBQ in Fl, I was amazed that KTs beans were better than Sonny’s. KTs beans have a lot of meat in there beans, and the sauce with the beans is definitely a must for those with a sweet tooth.
The last side that I had was the sour cream potato salad. I had no complaints about this side.
In all if your looking for serious smoked meats and BBQ check out KTs.

I really quite enjoyed this restaurant. The barbeque was delicious. Their sour cream potato salad is amazing. Portions are big and the prices weren’t bad. The only down fall is that they close at 7pm during the week. Oh, and don’t forget to order the peanut butter pie! It was sooo delish!

Classic northern barbeque — beef is good, pork is good, ribs ok. Very good BBQ, especially for this area. Sandwich is better value but the prices are not outrageous. Staff very friendly — clean and interesting interior. Oddly they choose to serve on syrofoam with plastic utensils — lets them focus on the food I guess. Nevertheless, one of our favorite spots in the area.

Great place for ribs & chopped BBQ sandwiches right on main highway through Gassville. Ribs and BBQ are both moist with 3 different sauces to choose from, but I like my ribs without sauce — that’s how good they are! Peanut butter pie is a great finale, if you can eat another bite. We go often and love taking friends & family with us.
