My wife and I have been going to Dr Sims for the last eight or ten years and are quite satisfied.
The office is clean and professionally run. The staff is unfailingly pleasant and helpful and get you in to your appointment on time.
Dr Sims is caring, concerned and does a great job. He takes the time to answer questions and make sure you are satisfied. I have no complaints about the service.
The only down side is that you have to pay at the end of your appointment and file your insurance paperwork yourself. Although, they do complete the required forms for you.
If you are in need of a dentist in the Clayton/Garner area I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.
