Red Carpet Event Photo Booth

I purchased a Groupon for $ 499 for this company. For a week, I tried to contact «the NC Point of contact» Andrea. First off, the number provided was answered by a gentleman that had no idea what I was talking about. Second, I called the alternate number listed and the lady that answered was extremely nice but not able to answer my questions. In fact, she thought that my date would be fine. Lastly, I attempted to contact Andrea via email– she responded asking for my requested date. I immediately emailed her my date and then again no follow up! I was finally able to speak with Andrea on today only to learn that the date requested is no longer available!!! At least now I know why there was only one other person that purchased the Groupon! The communication and professionalism of this company is awful!!!
