Not a bad place for some good, quick hibachi! This used to be a Pizza Inn, but with their renovations, you can’t tell at all. The entire interior has been redone and looks great.
The menu is pretty simple, as most people when they come through here just order one of the platters. I usually favor the Chicken Platter, but all of the other ls are pretty good as well. Also, the Tilapia Platter is available as well, but the sign for it is off to the side of the menu. Each platter comes with rice, mixed grilled veggies, and candied carrots. Ginger sauce, ginger dressing, and white sauce are all also available upon request. I suggest the seaweed salad, too. Seaweed salad is delicious and slightly sweet, and their seaweed salad here isn’t too shabby.
Giving it 3 stars because the service we had here was lacking a little on my most recent visit. It’s been better during other times though.

OMG! We love this place! My go to spot when I want carry out hibachi. The food is always fresh and I always get extra carrots with my dinner! Yes I said carrots they are so sweet you can almost mistake them for yams… Yummy! Great service, staff, and food! Kudos to this location.

I don’t know what it is, but I am addicted to this place. I eat here at least one a week. It’s super quick and the drive through is so convenient for those lazy take out days! Always friendly and helpful service.
My food is always hot and fresh, vegetables are not over or undercooked and portion size is great. Prices are on point, below what I’d expect to pay. Lunch specials are a bonus!
Salads are really just bag salad mix and the two times I’ve gotten it, mine has been slighted wilted, but I don’t get them very often to be too upset about it. It’d also bump them up a bit if onions were a part of the veggies offered because grilled onions are splendid next to Japanese food!

Went for lunch, having no expectations of what this place would be like, and can’t wait to go back. I took advantage of the $ 5.50 lunch special. Each day is a different featured dish, and Monday is teriyaki chicken (what I would’ve gotten anyway!). The regular prices weren’t bad either, about $ 8 – 10. The portion was HUGE, everything was cooked perfectly, and the sauces were AMAZING. Definitely the best cheap lunch I’ve had in a long time. Service was fantastic, a waitress checked on us often and offered refills and to go cups. If you’re in the area this is a great place to stop.

This is the place I go to when I need a quick hibachi fix and don’t have $ 20 to spend for someone to cook it in front of me. The food has been consistently good and great portion size for the value!

I love how cheap and awesome this place is. I’ve been there numerous times and never have been let down with the food. Tonight I was let down by the service once we got our food. We stayed a good 45 minutes and never once did they check on us after bringing our food to us. Normally it is awesome service but just not tonight… Hope next one is better!

This place fluctuates. Sometimes it’s fantastic sometimes is subpar, seems to depend on the cook. A couple of times I’ve had trouble placing pick up orders as in I order and what I pick up is not as it should be. They don’t seem very eager to appease the customer either, just do the minimal needed to make things kind of right. But, you can’t beat 9.99 filet mignon, and when it’s good it’s really good.

My son and I visited Hibachi & co for lunch. The price was pretty good. It was supposed to be $ 5 for the lunch special but it was changed to $ 5.50 with a note saying the price of meat has increased. We had hibachi chicken which chicken is the lowest price meat they offer so I was a little confused but 5.50 was still a great price for the amount of food that you get. The food was pretty good, but the rice lacked any flavor so we had to use more of the yum yum sauce. Great idea of having each table with its own squeeze bottle of yum yum sauce. They must go through a ton of it.
We both found the carrots to be a little strange. I was expecting more of a savory flavor. These were more like candied carrots. Very sweet.
All in all great value and the waitress person that refilled our drinks was very nice and friendly. Would definitely go there again.

We decided to give this place another try. We had the grilled tilapia plate with extra veggies and it was pretty good. They give you a LOT of food for the $. I think the shrimp is the best choice overall. Quite juicy and fresh tasting. White sauce is a bit sweet for my taste but the portions are huge and enough to share giving a great value for the price. I’m glad they are close enough to get to. We don’t have a whole lot of options here in the Garner area. Definitely recommend a visit!

At this point we have tried hibachi and teriyaki style steak as well as the chicken dishes. All have been great, but I prefer the teriyaki filet. If you like sweet carrots, there’s are fresh and delicious. Pink sauce is delicious and portions are big enough to share. Highly recommend.
