Wendy’s

What the F*** Ive been going to Wendys for over 30 years. I went here and ordered the $ 4 for 4 deal. I came home, no receipt, no chicken sandwhich, soggy french fries, flat coke, 3 chicken nuggets. I called told them what i got, they ask for my receipt, I said I dont have one, they hung up on me… really. I called back asked to speak to the manager. asked me for a receipt, hung up on me… really…
Called *800) customer service #… they will get back to me… 2 days later. Guess what Wendy’s for $ 4.38 you lost my business…

This location us by far, the best Wendy’s I have ever been to. People are always super sweet and friendly. The food is so fresh and the esblishment is always clean. They always get my order just how I want it every time and are always fast!

This appears to be a concept store. The plaque on the wall says it seats 108 but I felt more like I was in someones basement. A very clean and bright basement. To wit: there was seating along the wall by the rear exit that strongly resembled couches with a table between them. Above them was a widescreen tv set to CNN. There were ac outlets by the couches where one could plug in a computer and there was free wifi there too. The dividers in the booths were frosted glass with blades of grass etched in. Don’t get me wrong the food is still Wendys food except that the French fries are better. I believe it’s a better dining experience, but its a different experience now that Wendy has the reins. Good job Wendy!

I got throught the drive through quickly, all my food was fresh and correct. The parking lot is a real bitch, though. It took a couple of tries to figure out how to get back out into the shopping center without going on the highway!

This location has a generally unclean feel, lots of flies. The food is just average, about as good as any Wendy’s will get. The people were neither friendly nor rude. The food was neither hot nor cold. It seemed like the dining room could have been better cared for with table wiping and the like. If I happen to be in the area again, I think I will opt for another eatery. The Frosty at the end of lunch was the highlight. They can still handle those very well.
