The biggest obstacle to doing business at this Walmart is their incompetent inventory management. On most every trip to this store, one or more desired item is out of stock — even though a shelf label indicates it is stocked. Frequently, items are moved around to make it look like things are in stock but are not. This lack of shelf stock occurs even when I check on-line before going to the store and find the desired items are allegedly in stock. My conclusion is that the items are sitting around someplace in the store waiting on restocking. I have attempted to bypass this mismanagement by using free site-to-store delivery. It makes the Walmart employee find my items and pack them for my pickup. It is slower for me and more costly for Walmart, but achieves my desired results.

Yes, like many others I’m a regular Walmart customer, I usually like to shop for next week’s grocery Sunday evening. I like the price matching and the availability of varied items but I have to say, I’ve been to this Walmart a few Sundays now and they are out of produce and fruits that I have in my list every time. Yes, I realize it’s Sunday evening and they probably receive a new shipment on Monday but I haven’t experienced other locations having a shortage of quite a few normal produce items as this one… does the inventory limit need to be increased, are there truly no more items in the back storage, or are employees telling me there is no more inventory and that is not the case?

Automotive. Just came in for tires and manager personally sought out tires in my price range. Very nice and great customer service in their automotive area.

I think God is punishing me by having Walmart be the only place to carry my generic near me. If they devil had prescriptions, he’d go here because it’s the pharmacy from hell. Transferred prescription from one Walmart to another. Ready at 3. Wait in line for thirty minutes… oh it isn’t in their system… call first Walmart, they say it’s in the system, wait in line another thirty… they tell me to go to the help window… she pulls up my info on her computer, but says she can’t use it. Gives no explanation. She calls the first Walmart and says it’ll be ready in thirty minutes. Come back. Wait thirty in line. It’s not ready. Wait thirty in line. It’s not ready. It’s now five. Wait thirty in line. Not ready, we’ll call your name. They start closing up, it’s a holiday so they close at six. Ask them, not ready. Finally before they shut the gate someone asks what we need… tell her we’ve waited three hours for one bottle. She says oh it’s right here. AREYOUKIDDINGME?! Three hours for one bottle, people. I had missed a few days of meds because of they’re failure and had to get it that day or I’d be in some big danger and that would be their fault. Later went for refill, they didn’t have it even though my doctor called it in. He then sent it electronically and they didn’t get it. He called while I was standing there and finally they go it. The main pharmacist is very kind and didn’t make me pay for my prescription because of the mess they made of last time. This staff is embarrassingly bad. An insult to the medical field. My mom taught me not to say I hate people… they’re really pushing me. Seriously this pharmacy must be part of Purgatory.

Same problems I called to see if my prescription was ready, they told me it was when I show up, suddenly it’s not ready anymore. No one has any idea what they are doing. I’m finally just going to get my prescriptions elsewhere.

They have clean restrooms. The prices are good but some the prices aren’t marked correctly. Better than the Walmart in Garland on Interstate 30. The customer service line was way too long.

Fairly better than other Walmart Supercenter around town. I like it here because doing night shopping here isn’t intimidate as the other Supercenter across town, much nicer neighborhood with well-lit parking lot. Quite clean most of the time. Depends on the shift, on certain shift staffs are down to earth helpful, while the other not so much. There’s a number check-out clerk completely clueless on how pricematch work. These folks will flat out decline to price match even though the items well within the guideline. Some items like brown eggs never restocked fast enough.

Staff NOT Being honest with rude attitude and try to make money from the customers by increasing items’ price. I was using self check out then a cashier came up to me, I was so glad that she tried to help me. However, she manually enter different price for my items ThREE fucking time. I dint wear glasses so I didn’t know how much they were. Then when I went home I realized I got ripped off. Called the manager-Michael and he blamed me for using self check out???(so why do you have self check out for?)Worst customer service I ever have!!!

I had the best experience with an employee at this vision center. My only pair of glasses had broken and I couldn’t imagine how I was going to wait for new ones to be made. Graciela was so smart and efficient at helping me. I’m so grateful that I ran across this lovely person when I needed help, and didn’t really even know what kind of help I needed!
